    WHAT CAN WE DO?
Worth Products offers a variety of machining and fabrication services

    Simply doing what’s right

At Worth Products, our goal is to be the single solution for all your CNC and metal fabrication needs. We take pride in our abilities, and we go above and beyond in everything that we do. Whether it be a small job with one piece or a batch of thousands, we put the same amount of care into each job that we do, because we are simply doing what’s right.

    Tooling
During tooling, a manufacturer outfits a plant or factory with the equipment designed to facilitate the production of goods. For example, this process may involve creating dies and molds, selecting specific forges and constructing specialized stamping machines and presses. Tooling, like metal parts fabrication, occurs within every economic sector. A myriad of applications exists for this process. Through careful tooling, manufacturing companies help save money in the production of more cost-effective parts. Tooling steps may range from installing highly sophisticated automated systems to equipping low tech assembly floors.
    Niche Part Manufacturing
We can create any type of unique parts such as molds, tools, fixtures, etc., needed for complex manufacturing processes that aren’t available due to their custom nature.
    Metal Fabrication
The client requirements for fabrication services can be as simple as producing clamps or clips, or as complicated as full-scale operations of engineering, fabrication, and assembly of complex metal parts. Metal fabrication is required by every economic sector that uses metal structures and often involves specialized processes, skills, and equipment. Manufacturers typically undertake fabrication in a systematic manner, where the methods are most determined by the client.
    High Volume Production
To scale your business, there is often a need for high-volume part manufacturing to help meet the need of increased demand. Though we can create one-off parts, we can also manufacture large quantities of a specific type of part or product.
    Engineering & Design
Whether you have a design already, or need help designing, our in-house design experts use specialized software such as Solid Works to help you design the perfect solution for your manufacturing or production needs.
    On-Site Process Evaluations
Our on-site process evaluations are a good way to streamline your manufacturing processes. We can investigate the existing processes in place to help determine if there is a need for customized parts, tools, or fixtures that will help to increase the overall efficiency of the process.
    EQUIPMENT CAPABILITES
At Worth Products, we offer a wide array of services and products to help give you a solution that works for your specific application.

    CNC MILLING MACHINE

    CNC MILLING MACHINE

CNC Milling is the process of machining using rotating cutting edges to remove material through a subtractive process by advancing the cutter into a block of metal. This process is flexible because the user can vary the angle, pressure, and speed of the machine.

    CNC LATHES

    CNC LATHES

CNC Turning is a machining process in which bars of metal are secured in a chuck and rotated while a tool is applied to the piece to remove material, creating a shape. This is also a subtractive process since it involves removing material from the piece.

    MIG & TIG WELDING

    MIG & TIG WELDING

Welding is the fabrication process that connects metals through a process of high heat to melt the pieces together and then allowing them to cool–causing fusion.

    CNC BANDSAW

    CNC BANDSAW

The CNC bandsaw consists of a long piece of thin metal with teeth that moves back and forth to provide straight and miter cutting for steel.

    HEAT TREATING

    HEAT TREATING

Heat treating is a fabrication process used to alter the properties of a metal. The most common application is metallurgical.

    CNC LASERS

    CNC LASERS

A CNC laser cutting machine is a high-powered laser controlled through programmed code that determines everything from RPMs to the movement of a cutting head. The process creates an end result by gradually removing parts of the material by melting during multiple passes.

    CNC PLASMA

    CNC PLASMA

Like the CNC laser, a CNC Plasma Cutter also operates by making passes programmed into the cutter over an electrically conductive material. The process removes material with an accelerated jet of hot plasma.

    WATERJET CUTTING

    WATERJET CUTTING

Waterjet Cutters are an industrial tool capable of cutting a wide variety of materials using a highly-pressurized jet of water of water, or a mixture of water and an abrasive substance

    CNC PRESS BRAKE

    CNC PRESS BRAKE

A CNC hydraulic press brake is a machine that bends sheet and plate metal by clamping the workpiece between a punch and die. The press brake shapes the metal in a way that is programmed into the CNC machine.
